| Abstrak Siarti C10116047,Feasibility Analysis Of Tofu Industry In Palu. This research aims at analyzing the financial and environmental feasibility of Tofu industry in Palu. The samples in this research were as many as six tofu industries in Palu. The analytical instrument used financial feasibility analysis using 4 measurement indicators, namely: Net present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Periode (PP). The results show that all tofu industries in Palu have a decent financial aspect with the following results: (1). The Net Present Value (NPV) obtained is that all tofu industries are positive (NPV>0), the Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) obtained is greater than 1 (Net B/C>1), the value of the Internal Rate of The return (IRR) obtained for tofu business in Palu with the highest percentage of IRR value was on Afifah tofu business, which was 62% and the smallest was UD. Mandiri is 29%, while the Payback Period (PP) obtained has the longest payback period is the UD tofu business. Mandiri and Tahu Vivi, which lasted 2 years and the fastest was in Afifah tofu business, which was for 9 months. Thus, tofu business in Palu is financially feasible to run.
