| Abstrak This research was motivated by an earthquake and liquefaction even with a magnitude of 7,4 on the richter scale on September 28, 2018 that hit people in palu city. Donggala Regency, Sigi Regency, and Parigi Moutong, which is abbreviated as PADAGIMO. Especially for the people in North Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency, the earthquake, liquefaction has damaged the gumbasa irrigation and paralyzed the social and economic conditions of the people of North Sibalaya Village, especially families who work as farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of farmers socio-economic conditions on damage to gumbasa irrigation in North Sibalaya Village. This study used a likert scale to get an overview of the socio-economic conditions of the community, measure attitudes, income, behavior of a person or group. The results show that the damage to gumbasa irrigation has an impact on social conditions where the condition of damage houses is the role of institutions that are needed and have an impact on the community. Meanwhile, from an economic perspective, after the damage to irrigation, the economy became completely paralyzed due to the loss of livelihoods which resulted in a decrease in the income of the people of North Sibalaya Village. Dry agricultural land causes no production precess. Furthermore, the strategy for accelerating post-disaster reconvery in North Sibalaya Village is carried out by providing post-disaster assistance such as capital and livestock, and doing dzikir together. |
