| Abstrak ABSTRACT Vivi Desnayanti, C 101 15 094. The Evaluaion Analysis of the Implementation of Village Budget and Expenditure (APBDesa) in Sidera Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, guided by: Muhtar Lutfi AS Main Advisor and Santi Yunus as Assistant Advisor. This study aims to determine society participation and implementation of Village Budget and Expenditure (APBDesa) in Sidera Village, SigiBiromaru District, Sigi Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Informants in this study were determined by using snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The results shows that the level of society participation in the process of drafting the village medium term development plan was accordance with the participatory concept, where the village government had given space for the society to voice their aspirations by held village deliberations. With the existence of village deliberations the society can submit their suggestions or criticisms related to problems that exist in subdistrict or their neighborhood respectively. The analysis of the implementation of the APBDesa is considered effective. This can be seen from the effectiveness of the management of the 2018 Sidera'sAPBDesa, that the results of effectiveness reached 97% (very effective). So that the management of funds in Sidera Village in 2018 is implemented very well. Keywords : village medium term development plan, village budget and expenditure, participatory, effectiveness. |
