Abstrak ABSTRACT Siti Aisya M. Lanubari (B 501 17 103) Communication Studies Program of Tadulako University Concentration Public Relations. Thesis of community parental experience in children in increasing online learning motivation. Guided by Mother Sumarni Zainuddin as the suffering I and Mr. Edwan as the supervisor II. This study aims to know the experience of parent communication in their children in the process of increasing online learning motivation. The approach used to solve the problem in this research is the phenomenology approach. Informants in this study were numbered 6 people. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method using purposive sampling technique. The research method is the experience of communication experienced by parents in their children in the process of increasing online learning motivation. Data collection techniques are observation and deep interviews. The results showed that parents were aware that became a teacher was not easy to main in the learning process held online. Because many children are saturated and bored with such learning that requires that parents to have great tasks and responsibilities and replace the role of teachers during the learning process at home. The classification of phenomena in this study is the phenomenon of parents who have children who moodyan represented by Mrs. NH, phenomena of parents who have children often play online games represented by YL's mother, phenomenon of parents who have subsidized and easy-to-go set people represented by NJ and Mrs. HH, phenomenon of parents who have children who can not be told but rather than something for their own will be represented by the SR Mother and phenomenon of parents who have shy and quiet children represented by Mrs. SN.
