| Abstrak Mar'atus Solihah, Stambuk Number B 401 20 098, Title: "Tourism Management by the Village Government in Pulodalagan, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency", under the guidance of Mr. Nurhannis as Supervisor I and Mr. Fahmi Surya Abdi as Supervisor II. Problems regarding management are still very common, especially in this research and the aim is to find out how tourism management is carried out by the Village Government in Pulodalalagan Village, using theory (George R Terry 2009) with four aspects, namely, planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The technique used to determine informants was a proportional sampling technique with seven informants. Apart from that, data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews and documentation. With data analysis methods through data reduction stages, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that tourism management in Pulodalagan Village, Nuhon District, Banggai Regency cannot be said to be good from these four aspects, because there are many problems in terms of planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising by the Pulodalagan Village Government which are not yet optimal and are hampered due to conflicts. between the Head of Pulodalagan Village and the Pulodalagan Village Consultative Body, and the objectives of management have not been achieved if seen from how the implementation and organization is carried out by the Pulodalagan Village Government Keywords: Management, Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Supervising. |
