| Abstrak Muh Fhaiz B40119201, "Application of Good Governance Principles in the Implementation of Government at the Mantinkulore District Office, Palu City", Under the Guidance of Mr. Hasbullah and Mr. Isbon Pageno. This research aims to find out how the principles of good governance are applied in administering government at the Mantikulore District Office, Palu City. The method in this research is using qualitative descriptive. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. The techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and accompanied by direct documentation. This research uses Agus Dwiyanto's theory, regarding six indicators to measure the quality of government administration towards society, namely participation, transparency, accountability, efficiency, non-partisan and responsiveness. The informants in this research were the Mantikulore Subdistrict Head, Secretary of the Subdistrict Head, Section Head, Entrepreneurs and two Mantikulore District Community Figures. Based on the research results, it is known that the application of good governance principles in the administration of government at the Mantikulore District office, Palu City, has not gone well. There are three indicators that are not working well, namely community participation is still lacking, in terms of transparency it is not going well because it is still difficult to get the flow of information regarding policies issued by the government.
