Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Palu Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah tepatnya di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak kota Palu, Dinas Sosial Kota Palu, Polresta Palu dan Yayasan Sikola Mombine. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pemerintah kota palu dalam penangan kasus kekerasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dan dasar penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini pemilihan informan diambil secara purporsive, yaitu peneliti secara sengaja memilih orang-orang yang dianggap memahami masalah yang diteliti. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang yaitu kepala layanan korban kekerasan perempuan dan anak DP3A Kota Palu, SUB. Koordinasi rehabilitasi sosial anak dan lanjut usia DINSOS Kota Palu, kasubmid 2 unit 6 PPA Polresta Palu, Manager Advokasi Dan Pendampingan dan korban kekerasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, meengenai kinerja pemerintah kota palu dalam penangan kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak versi Agus dwiyanto dengan dimensi produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, respnsibilitas dan akuntabilitas. Maka diambil kesimpulan kinerja pemerintah kota palu dalam penangan kasus kekerasan perempuan dan anak belum maksimal, pemerintah kota perlu mengsosialisasikan kepada masyarakat mengenai tindak kekerasan dan membuat layanan pengaduan berbasis online dan secepatnya membuka unit pelayanan terpadu daerah kota palu untuk korban kekerasan perempuan dan anak. Kata kunci : Produktivitas, Kualitas Layanan, Responsivitas, Respnsibilitas, Akuntabilitas. ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, to be precise at the Palu City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service, the Palu City Social Service, the Palu Police and the Sikola Mombine Foundation. The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of the Palu City government is in handling cases of violence. This research uses a descriptive research type and a qualitative research basis. In this study the selection of informants was taken purposively, namely researchers deliberately chose people who were considered to understand the problem under study. There were 6 informants in this study, namely the head of services for victims of violence against women and children DP3A Palu City, SUB. Coordinating the social rehabilitation of children and the elderly from the Social Service Of ice of Palu City, Head of sub-midwifery 2 units 6 PPA Palu Police, Advocacy and Assistance Manager and victims of violence. Based on the results of this study, regarding the performance of the Palu city government in handling cases of violence against women and children according to Agus Dwiyanto's version with the dimensions of productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. So it was concluded that the performance of the Palu city government in handling cases of violence against women and children had not been maximized, the city government needed to socialize to the public about acts of violence and create an online-based complaint service and immediately open an integrated service unit in the Palu city area for victims of violence against women and children.
