| Abstrak ABSTRACT Moh Rifaldi R Levasuro. Reg. Number B 401 18 167, title “The Leadership of Analysis of the Village in Development of Decision At Lolu Village, Kec Sigi Biromaru, Kabupaten Sigi. The Supervisor by Dr. Hasbullah, M.Si and Dr. Nawawi Natsir, M.Si Thisis research was purpose to describe the leadership of. Thisis research used descriptive qualitative method. Technique of colleting the data, the recearher used observation, interview, and documentation. The participants of this research are five which used purposive sampling in this research, the researcher used theory Hadari Nawawi (2003:21) with five of I indicators to describe the functions of the leadership in development at Lolu Village, Kec Sigi Biromaru, Kabupaten Sigi. Based on ther result, it can be concluded that leadership of the head of Lolu village was contributing in development. When associated whit the leadership of the village chief in development, not all indicators have been fully realized. Therefore, the leadership of is not effective. It shows from implementations the instructive fuctions and the leaders ability in accept every decision from the chief. On the other hand, many recognize the chief as less public in decision making and not all societies are involed. Besides that, the lack of direction and guidance from the chief of the village to this staff in the performance of responsibility. From the explanations, it shows that instructive functions of the head of the village more dominanting every development process to its implementation. |
