Abstrak

As for the indicators that have not been consistent with,The standard that exists is (1) the rough dimension (physical evidence) of discomfort, Where the ministry is included is an incomplete means and infrastructure. And, The lack of a service officer (2) a reahility (reliability) dimension is not available, An inner worker USES a service aid (3) dimension responsivess dimension ia the lack of resonance and attention of officers in providing services to people who want to provide services and do not get understand the procedures and stages of service flow. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of PATEN is the lack of quality and quantity of human resources serving every need of the community in the district office.
