| Abstrak This research was carried out at the Donggala district poplation and civil registration office, with the aim of finding out the birth certificate service at the donggala district population and civil registration office. The theory used in this study is the theory of service proposed by Ndraha (2001). The basis of this research is qualitative descriptive type. Determination of informants in this study using purposive techniques, in addition on the data collection techniques in this study through observation (observation), in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis methods through the data reduction stage of data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the researchers drew the conclusion that the service of making birth certificates in the population and civil registration services of Donggala district, has been implemented well. This is because of the four indicators used as benchmarks in this study, it is considered to be still running poorly. This is due to the limited facilities owned by the office of population and civil registration. Keywords : Service Quality, Speed, Accuracy, Convenience and Fairness. |
