Abstrak
Moh Rifaldin stambuk B 401 16 025, "The Performance of the National Narcotics Agency of Donggala Regency in the Field of Drug Prevention and Distribution" guided by Mr. H. Irwan Waris. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of the National Narcotics Agency of Donggala Regency in the prevention and trafficking of drugs among students / society, the type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative while the type of approach used is a qualitative approach, while for the method of determination informants in this study used purposive technique. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview and documentation methods. The theory used in this study uses the theory of Agus Dwiyanto with 5 aspects, namely Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, Accountability, and Productivity. Based on the 5 aspects above, the results of the study indicate that the performance of the National Narcotics Agency in Donggala Regency has been going well,This can be seen from the quality of the service that has been running well, by responding quickly to what the community needs, in responsiveness it is also in accordance with the needs of the community, every activity carried out can be useful and add insight into drug abuse. Whereas responsibility, where activities and responsibilities are carried out to the maximum extent possible, accountability in achieving goals and objectives has been going well, and the productivity of various activity programs to reduce the dangers of drug use is in accordance with the targets in carrying out tasks in three P2M sub-section, Rehabilitation and Eradication. However, this still needs to be improved so that it can reduce the number of drug users so that it does not increase every year.
