| Abstrak MUHAMMAD RASYID HARDIANSYAH, Stambuk B 401 15 036, with the title Thesis "Community Participation in the Implementation of Development in Baebunta District, North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province" Under the guidance of Isbon Pageno. This study aimed to find out how community participation in the implementation of development in the Baebunta sub-district and what factors supported and hindered community participation in the implementation of development in the Baebunta sub-district, North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province, using theories from RA Santoso Sastropoetro with indicators of Mind, Skills, Energy , Property, and Money. This type of research used in this study is descriptive and basic qualitative research. Data sources used in this study are divided into two sources, namely secondary data sources and primary data sources. The number of informants in this study was 6 people. Data collection techniques are done through library research, field research in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the theory of Miles and Michael Huberman is carried out in stages, namely data reduction, data presentation. The results of this study can be concluded that community participation in the implementation of the Baebunta District development is quite good and optimal, as measured in 5 indicators of Mind, Skills, Energy, Property and Money.
