| Abstrak The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of waste management policies in the tondo sub-district of mantikulore sub-district, Palu city. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation activities. The informants in this study were 5 people. The collected data is filtered and selected based on needs which are then analyzed by qualitative descriptive methods. In this study using indicators such as communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Based on the results of the research and observations in the field, it was shown that the efforts to implement the policy were carried out by the Tondo Village Government, Mantikulore District, Palu City. By using four indicators as a benchmark. The four indicators are seen in terms of: communication, which is about the dissemination carried out by the village administration not yet thoroughly to every RT/RW in the Tondo sub-district. In terms of resources, there are still many shortcomings in terms of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of policies properly. Then from the disposition or commitment that is built by the kelurahan government to carry out the regulations there is still no need for seriousness and seriousness in implementing existing regulations. And the next thing seen from the Bureaucratic Structure is that there is still a lack of formation of waste management members and not the maximum coordination carried out by the keluraha with the government which is under it, RT and RW resulting in waste management as desired in several existing regulations. |
