| Abstrak ABSTRACT Muhammad Dzulfiqar Salampessy B 301 18 103 with the thesis title "Behavior change of the younger generation through participation in science assemblies". Guided by Mr. Ikhtiar Hatta, the main supervisor, Siti Hajar N. Aepu, the accompanying supervisor. Changes in the behavior of the younger generation through the assembly of sciences can be seen from increasing religiosity, instilling moral values, and character development. Knowledge assemblies play an important role in shaping understanding and positive attitudes among adolescents, which is reflected in the various available studies and studies. The formulation of the problem in this research is that the young generation participates in the science assembly, a form of change in the young generation in participating in the science assembly. This research uses a qualitative method using descriptive with the data collection techniques used, namely: -Research on literature reading books and journals as well as scientific papers related to the problem being researched, observation (observation), interviews and, Documentation of this research was carried out in Palupi Village located at the AL-Ikhlas mosque as a community population of 25 people. The determination of informants uses the purposive method, which is to deliberately select 8 informants in accordance with the criteria for the problem being researched. The results of this study show that changes in the behavior of the younger generation through participation in the science assembly at the al ikhlas mosque btn palupi permai, palupi village in the science assembly plays an important role in shaping religious attitudes and increasing religious understanding. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the reason for the young generation to participate in the science assembly activities carried out at the Al Ikhlas Btn Palupi Permai Mosque is to get motivation, gain self-awareness, have life principles, the science assembly provides space for the younger generation, and gain new understanding. Meanwhile, the change in the behavior of the younger generation in participating in the activities of the science assembly carried out at the al ikhlas btn Palupi Permai mosque is Diligent in carrying out 5 prayers, diligently participating in the science assembly, changing morals for the better.
