| Abstrak This research uses quantitative research methods, procedures The research uses frequency table data analysis techniques. Population in This research is FISIP UNTAD students who are active in organizations. Technique Determination of samples using the Slovin formula, with a sample size of 66 respondents. Data collection techniques use primary data (observation and questionnaire), and secondary data. The results of this research show that Agree that the influence of organizations on student learning achievement. As well as researchers too found that students Disagree with the organization as a factor barriers to student achievement in learning. And also researchers discovered that students agree with the organization as a motivating factor for students excel in learning. |
