| Abstrak WAHYU EFENDI. B 201 16 185 " The participatio of Darut Taqwa Orphanage Tondo Villagein Deveploment Of Human Resources for children with Disabilities through formal Education ", Under the supervision of Abd. Hakim. This research aims to be obtain data and information regarding the form of participation of the Darut Taqwa orphanage in formal education for children from the underprivileged group and to find out some of the obstacles or obstacles faced by the Darut Taqwa Orphanage related to its participation in fostering Orphanage children through formal education. This was a descriptive qualitative research. TO obtain data, its done through library reasearch to obtain secondary data and field research to obtain primary data. The research informants were 6 people consisting of the administrators and the orphanage, where 2 people from the management , 2 from parents of the orphanage and 2 children from the orphanage itself. The results of the research show that the participation carried out by the Darut Taqwa orphanage in an effort to improve the quality of human resources through the formal education system in the form of : Financial participation, Material participation, Academic participation, cultural participation, Evaluative participation. All forms of participation have all teh been analyzed and discussed in the depth .The obstacles encountered by the Darut Taqwa Orphanage in an effort to realize and achieve these goals consist of tho things, namely: First, the management of the orphanage has not been running properly, lack of professional resources and does not have its own building so that it is considered an abstacle ( internal barrier). Second; there is no petmanent donor that can be used as a basis for budgeting for the needs of the Orphanage . Thus, to finance the activities of the orphanage cannot be fulfilled as needed and bacause of that it also couses it to not take or hire outside personnel who are considered more professional obout education and training of the orphanage.
