The purpose of this paper is to know the management of inheritance with the ”Notava” system in the village of Ujumbou sub-district Sirenja, Donggala district. Besides that, he also know the management og inheritance with a Notava system in the village og Ujumbou. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interview observations and documentation. The author also uses literature studies to build the theoretical framework used in analyzing data. The unit of analysis in this study is a family that deals with the management of inheritance with a Notava system, with informants numbering five people. The research results obtained showed that the management of inheritance with the Notava system was carried out in turns as managed by the family who inherited the inheritance from the coconut trees, clove, the management of the coconut or clove inheritance for the first time managed by the first child and the next harvest. By second child, and so on. But the management of the Notava does not determine who does the Notava system whether it is the first child or the second child appointed to manage the Notava. Because the management of the Notava system must be brought together by the family with an agreement made to decide who is entrusted to manage the Notava system. Management of Notava maybe a rule that can change if one of the parties concerned with the management of the harat desperately needs the name of the family to help each other and support each other.
