Under the supervision of Daswati as the Promotor, and Sitti Chaeriah Ahsan as the Co-Promotor. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Accelerated Stunting Reduction Policy in Donggala District and to develop new concepts for the advancement of public administration knowledge. The qualitative method with a Qualitative Descriptive approach was employed. The informants were selected using purposive sampling, totaling 10 individuals. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed an interactive model involving data condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings and discussions were based on Van Meter and Van Horn's theory, covering (1) policy objectives and targets, (2) resources, (3) inter-organizational communication, (4) characteristics of implementing agents, (5) attitudes/dispositions of implementers, and social, economic, and political environments. The research results indicate that (1) the policy objectives and targets are clearly defined, aiming for a 14% reduction in stunting by 2024, though the current achievement is only 20%; (2) the implementers' resources, particularly human resources within the stunting reduction acceleration team, are competent, but budgetary resources are not effectively targeted, thus specific and sensitive interventions remain suboptimal; (3) the characteristics of the implementing organization, specifically the stunting reduction acceleration team, do not fully reflect organizational characteristics, evidenced by the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) leading to ineffective Convergence Action activities; (4) inter-organizational communication is fairly effective, facilitated through meetings and discussions addressing all aspects related to stunting reduction acceleration policy; (5) the attitudes of the stunting reduction acceleration team members towards the policy are responsive and supportive in achieving the 14% stunting prevalence target by 2024; (6) the social, economic, and political environments are conducive, supported by community involvement, target groups, and stakeholders in Stunting Reduction Acceleration. To enhance the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration policy implementation, it is recommended that the Regent of Donggala or the government oversee all activities of the stunting reduction acceleration team, and develop written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide task implementation in alignment with the implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2021 regarding Stunting Reduction Acceleration.
