| Abstrak ABSTRACT Maulid Andika, (10224023), Postgraduate of Tadulako University. "Quality of Service of the Inpatient Social Security Administration Agency at the Ampibabo Community Health Center (Puskesmas) Ampibabo District, Parigi Moutong Regency". Under the guidance of Nawawi Natsir, as Supervisor I and Abdul Hamid, as Supervisor II. This study aims to describe the Quality of BPJS Inpatient Services at the Ampibabo Health Center, Ampibao District, Parigi Moutong Regency. Types of qualitative descriptive research; Purposive determination of informants ; Data collection through observation, interviews, documentation; and data analysis with interactive models includes data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the research showed that the quality of BPJS Inpatient Services at the Ampibabo Health Center, Kec. Ampibao Regency Parigi Moutong is not optimal. The Dimension of Structure (Input) is not adequate. There is still limited human resources (medical personnel include general practitioners and the absence of dentists); Room facilities are not up to standard; Operating hours are in accordance with the predetermined time standard. The process dimension (Proces) is already running well. Where the aspect of interpersonal relationships between medical workers, health workers and inpatients has been well established; and service procedures have been implemented based on SOPs. The Outcomes dimension has met the expectations of inpatients. Where the satisfaction aspect provided by medical officers and health workers is felt directly by inpatients at the Ampibabo Health Center, Ampibabo District, Parigi Moutong Regency Keywords: Quality of Service, Inpatient Care, Structure |
