Implementation of the Land Redistribution Policy as the Object of Landreform in Pombewe Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency (Under the Guidance of Syahruddin Hattab and Ani Susanti) The activity of redistributing land as a land reform object is one of the government's strategic programs in the land sector. The government made this policy on the basis that land is used for the greatest possible prosperity of the people as stated in the 1945 Constitution which is stated in Article 33 Paragraph 3 which is mandated through the Basic Agrarian Law. Researchers observe the potential for several problems in the study, namely the community is less enthusiastic about certifying through land redistribution activities of agrarian reform objects, resources at the Sigi District Land Office are not maximized, there are still unscrupulous land officials who provide services not according to the instructions for carrying out land redistribution activities as objects of agrarian reform, as well as the presence of several community KTP (NIK) numbers that are not registered in the system. The research objective was to determine the implementation of the land redistribution policy as the object of agrarian reform in Pombewe Village. Researchers use qualitative methods. The informants in this study consisted of the Head of the Land Office, the Head of Section 1, the Head of Section 3, the Head of Pombewe Village, and the people of Pombewe Village. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation using interview guidelines. The results showed that the implementation of the land redistribution policy as the object of agrarian reform in Pombewe Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency was not optimal, because seen from the aspect of bureaucratic structure it was not good enough, even though the aspects of communication, resources and dispositions were good enough.
