Research Title : Policy Implementation of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land Protection at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation, Sigi Regency. Head of the Advisory Team Muh. Nawawi, Member of Nawawi Natsir's Advisory Team. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of sustainable food agricultural land protection policies at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation of Sigi Regency. The theory used is the theory of policy implementation put forward by George C. Edward III, covering the dimensions of Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, the number of informants in this study was 7 (seven) people who were determined by purposive techniques Data collection and collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive model including the stages of Data Reduction (data reduction), Data Display (data presentation) and Conclusion Drawing/verification (conclusions). The results showed that the implementation of the policy for the protection of sustainable food agricultural land at the Office of Horticultural Food Crops and Plantations of Sigi Regency seen from the communication factor was carried out well, this was illustrated through the implementation of socialization and coordination that had been carried out. Then the disposition factor has been effectively implemented, this is illustrated by the attitude and commitment of the Office of Horticultural Food Crops and Plantation of Sigi Regency to always carry out socialization and coordination related to the protection of sustainable food agricultural land. While the factors that have not been implemented properly are the resource factor, both human resources and advice and infrastructure, and the bureaucratic structure factor. |
