Abstrak
Riska Adi Damayanti B 101 21 034,With the title: Accountability of Village Fund Allocation in Matolele Village Parigi Tengah District parigi Moutong Regensy. Guided by Mrs.Ani Susanti as mentor I and Mr. Afandi as mentor II. The purposes of this study is to determine the Accountability of Village Fund Allocation is in Matolele Village Parigi Tengah District Parigi Moutong Regency. The basis of the research used is descriptive qualitative. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are Observation, interviews and documentation. This study involved 7 informants. Data analysis conducted: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Data Verification, and Conclusion. In this study, the researcher used the theory proposed by Elwood (1993) which consists of 3 indicators, namely, Legal Accountability and Honesty, Process Accountability, and Program Accountability. From the results of the study on Accountability of Village Fund Allocation in MatoleleVillage Parigi Tengah District Parigi Moutong Regency it has not been maximizet if viewed from 3 indicarts related to accountability according to Elwood (1993) which consist of legal and Honesty Accountability Prosecess, Accountability and program Accountability. Of the e indicators, they have not been fully implemented properly. Researchers found a phenomenon that can be reviewed from the aspect of program accountability, where the house renovation program has not been as expectedby some of the community, because the were complaaints from several communities that the program built by the Matolele village goverment was still not good in its implementation, where the house renovation program built to fix people’s house that were no lenger habitable turned out to have not been fully implemented for some people’s houses that here no longer habitable.
