Abstrak
ABSTRACT Afrillah Stambuk B 101 19 081 Title Results: "Employee Work Motivation at the South Tinombo District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency" Supervisor I Dr. Nawawi Natsir Supervisor II Agusta Sri Astuti The purpose of the study was to determine the Work Motivation of Employees at the South Tinombo District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency. The theory used is Abraham Maslow's Work Motivation theory which consists of: Physiological needs, Needs for Security, Needs for Social, Needs for Appreciation and Needs for Self-Actualization. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research, Data collection techniques in this study are Observation, interviews and documentation, data sources include primary and secondary. The informants of this study were employees at the South Tinombo District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency with a total of eight (8) informants. The data analysis technique used in this study is Miles Huberman and Saldana (2014) including data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions The results of this study indicate that employees in the South Tinombo District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency are quite good. This can be seen from the five aspects that have been met well, there are 3 aspects, namely social needs, appreciation needs and self-actualization needs. While those that have not been met well are physiological needs, and security needs. These 2 aspects have not run well because the room is small and the lack of facilities that are not adequate, and the sense of security of employees is not optimal, because the room is still small and the lack of facilities. Then the fulfillment of 3 aspects, namely social needs have been met well can be seen from the establishment of good relationships and communication between superiors and employees, employees among employees, the need for appreciation has been met well can be seen from the provision in any form to employees who excel or have done a good job, and the need for self-actualization has been met well can be seen from the existence of training activities, Bimtek, and Workshops.
