| Abstrak The purpose of this study is to find out how the Management of the National Narcotics Agency Narcotics Management Strategy in Tojo una-una Regency, the theory used in this study is the theory of J David Hunger and Thomas L Wheelen where to find out strategy management there are four indicators, namely Environmental Observation, Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation, and Control Evaluation. For the method used in this study is qualitative descriptive which aims to describe various conditions, phenomena or situations related to the object of research. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, in-depth interviews with informants and documentation to collect data, informants in this study amounted to five people using purposive sampling techniques. From the result of the study, there are still two indicators that are not fully running well where there are still obstacles, namely the environmental observation indicators in the internal environment related to limited personnel in each section. This personnel limitation is a factor that limits the ability of BNN Kabupeten Tojo una-una to achieve the desired output target in one year or in carrying out programs that are not on target, until some individuals concurrently carry out the most important tasks or positions to be filled, as well as to overcome the limitations of personnel of the BNN Tojo Una Regency asking for assistance to other agencies for additional personnel if in certain situations that require resources More power to handle specific goals. The two indicators that have not been going well are indicators of strategy implementation in the aspect of the Budget, This is evident from the BNN Tojo una-una Regency which must adjust the program run with the budget available from the central government, and can be seen from the proposal for the construction of the BNN office which until several years is still in process due to the thermoratorium that hampers the construction plan of the Tojo una-una Regency BNN office, this is evident from the BNN office which is still a building contract until now. |
