| Abstrak Abstract Moh. Ramadhan, B 101 17 195, with the title: "The Performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in Controlling Traders in the Manonda Inpres Market, Palu City". Supervised by Mr. Dr. Syahruddin Hattab, M.Si as Advisor I and Mr. Dr. Imam Sofyan, S.Sos, M.Si as supervisor II ?? The Civil Service Police (Satpol PP) is a government apparatus tasked with enforcing regulations, organizing public order and public order. If it is related to the performance of the civil service police unit in Palu City, the assessment should have been carried out in connection with the tasks carried out, one of which is in controlling the traders in the Inpres manonda market in Palu City. The purpose of conducting this research was to determine the performance of the civil service police unit in controlling traders in the Manonda Inpres market in Palu city. ?? This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the type of data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants were determined by purposive sampling with 7 informants. This study uses the theory put forward by Agus Dwiyanto (2006: 50-51) covering 5 aspects, namely Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. ??The results of research in the field, the researcher concluded that the performance of the civil service police unit in controlling traders in the Presidential Instruction Market in Palu City has not been carried out well, although in the aspects of productivity, service quality, responsibility and accountability have run quite well, but in the aspect of responsiveness it is still running low. good, so with that it can be said that the performance of the civil service police unit in controlling the traders in the Inpres Manonda Palu City market is still not good so this needs to be improved and further improved in the future.
