Abstrak Putri Wardani, Analisis Kinerja Pegawai Kelurahan Besusu Barat Kecamatan Palu Timur Kota Palu, di bawah bimbingan Abd. Rivai. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana kinerja pegawai Kelurahan Besusu Barat Kecamatan Palu Timur Kota Palu pada . Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang dan seorang informan kunci (key informant). Teknik analisis data sebagaimana lazimnya penelitian kualitatif, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kinerja pegawai Kelurahan Besusu Barat Kecamatan Palu Timur Kota Palu maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai dari aspek kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, dan kapabilitas masih kurang baik. Sedangkan dari aspek sikap pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya sudah baik, dimana pelayanan yang dilakukan sudah baik dan kerjasama antar pegawai sudah terjalin baik. Adapun faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam kinerja pegawai Kelurahan Besusu Barat Kecamatan Palu Timur, antara lain kurangnya ketelitian dan pengetahuan terhadap aturan maupun informasi baru terkait usulan dalam Musrenbang, kurang jelasnya Standar Operasional dan tugas pokok dan fungsi, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pendukung, penggunaan waktu yang kurang efektif yang seringkali digunakan untuk mengobrol, main handphone, atau bahkan nongrkong di warung kopi, kurangnya tingkat kehadiran beberapa pegawai dan pimpinan, belum terpenuhinya standar tingkat pendidikan, kurangnya perhatian dan penghargaan pegawai yang kompeten, dan ketidaksesuaian latar belakang pendidikan dengan pekerjaannya. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Kualitas Kerja, Kuantitas Kerja, Kapabilitas dan Sikap Pegawai. While from the aspect of employee attitude in carrying out their work is good, where the services carried out have been good and cooperation between employees has been well established. As for the factors that are inhibiting in the performance of employees of West Besusu Village of East Palu Subdistrict, among others, lack of rigor and knowledge of new rules and information related to proposals in Musrenbang, lack of clarity of Operational Standards and basic tasks and functions, limitations of supporting facilities and infrastructure, less effective use of time that is often used for chatting, playing mobile phones, or even nongrkong in coffee shops, lack of attendance level of some employees and leaders, unfulfilled standards of education level, lack of attention and appreciation of competent employees, and nonconformity of educational background with their work.
