| Abstrak Nur Asti Astuti stambuk B 101 15 056 dengan judul skripsi “Pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai Pengelolah Pasar Inpres Manonda Kota Palu” dibimbing oleh Abdul Rivai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kinerja pegawai pengelolah pasar terhadap kepuasan pedagang pada Pasar Inpres Manonda Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang pedagang Pasar Inpres Manonda Kota Palu, dipilih menggunakan metode probably sampling dengan teknik sampling mengunakan simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan tabel frekuensi data dan persentase dengan batntuan program komputer IBM SPSS Versi 25. Hasil yang diperoleh yang dikaitkan dengan teori yang digunakan dimana variabel kinerja pegawai dengan lima indikator yaitu kualitias kerja didapatkan hasil rata-rata persentase sebesar 64.4% yang termasuk kategori cukup, kuantitas kerja diperoleh hasil rata-rata persentase sebesar 57.6% yang termasuk kategori cukup, tanggung jawab diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 49.6% yang termasuk kategori kurang baik, kerjasam diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 77.8% yang termasuk kategori baik dan inisiatif diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 67.6% yang termasuk kategori cukup. Dan untuk variabel kepuasan pelanggan diperoleh hasil rata-rata persentase sebesar 67.6%. Serta hasil analisis yang diperoleh membuktikan bahwa kinerja pegawai pengelolah pasar berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan pedagang di Pasar Inpres Manonda Kota Palu dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.701. Dan hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap kepuasan pedagang apabila kierja pegawai meningkat maka kepuasan pedagang juga akan meningkat. The purpose of this research are to know the influence of the performance of market management employees on the satisfaction of traders in the Manonda Inpres Market in Palu City. The research sample of 100 traders was chosen by the method of possible sampling while the data were collected using a questionnaire then the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using data frequency and percentage tables with the help of the IBM SPSS Version 25 computer program. The results of the analysis prove that the performance of market processing employees has a significant effect to the satisfaction of traders in the Manonda KotaPalu Inpres Market with the results of the study showed that there is a strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.701. And the results of this study have implications for trader satisfaction if employee performance increases the satisfaction of traders will also increase.
