Abstrak
ABSTRACT Rizaldi. A No. Stambuk B 101 14 044 Department of Public Administration, with the title of the thesis, "Employee Performance in the Office of the Sindue Tombusabora District, Donggala Regency" Supervisor Nastainudin Bolong. This study aims to determine the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Sindue Tombusabora Subdistrict office, Donggala Regency. The type of research used is descriptive and the basis of the research used is qualitative research methods. The informants in this study were determined responsively by the number of informants as many as 7 (people). The technique of collecting data through informants is accompanied by observation, interviews, and documentation. This theory uses Suyadi Prawirosentono's theory, where there are 4 (four) indicators, namely effectiveness and efficiency, authority and responsibility, discipline, and initiative. Based on the results of research conducted, the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Sindue Tombusabora Subdistrict office is still not good, the causes are 1). Effectiveness and efficiency of employees, in terms of effectiveness and efficiency is still considered not good because there are vacancies in several positions and a lack of employees of the State Civil Service so that their performance is still considered ineffective and efficient. 2). Lack of responsibility. Ordinary employees are not there when their services are needed, thus slowing down the service process for people who need them. 3). Employee discipline, employees do not arrive on time according to applicable regulations. Whereas in article 5 paragraph (1) ASN Law No. 5/2014 explained that the State Civil Apparatus must prioritize the interests of the state rather than the interests of themselves or groups. carry out their duties honestly, responsibly and with high integration. and Carry out their duties with care and discipline.
