Abstrak ABSTRACT Nur Aziza, 2021. The Effect of Sociodrama Technique in Group Guidance to Improve Students' Communication Behavior with Teachers at SMK Negeri Bolano Lambunu. The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of sociodrama technique in group guidance to improve students' communication behavior with teachers. This study aims to explain the effect of sociodrama technique in group guidance to improve students' communication behavior with teachers. The subjects of this study were 9 students who were registered in 2020/2021. The instrument used to collect data in this study was a communication behavior questionnaire. The data were processed and analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the statistical technique of t-test (Wilcoxon sign rank test) at a 95% confidence level. The result of the analysis shows that the communication behavior of students and teachers at SMK Negeri Bolano Lambunu before implementing the sociodrama technique in group guidance to the 9 students who are the subjects in study with the initials RK, MR, KT, AN, KR, MG, AK, AW and JY there are 66 ,67% of students who have poor communication behavior with teachers and there are 33.33% of students who have bad communication behavior with teachers. After implementing the sociodrama technique in group guidance, there are 11.11% of students who have very good communication behavior with the teacher, there are 66.67% of students who have good communication behavior with the teacher, then there are 11.11% of students who have not good communication behavior with the teacher. The result of the inferential analysis can be concluded that there is an effect sociodrama technique in group guidance in improving students' communication behavior with teachers at SMK Negeri Bolano Lambunu.
