The main problem in this research was the low of students’ learning outcomes on PKn subject; therefore, the research question wash whether the role playing method usage can improve the fourth grade student’ learning outcomes on PKn subject at SDN 4 Tomado the study aimed to evercome learning difficulties of the fourth grade students on PKn subject through the role playing method at SDN 4 Tomado. This was a class room action research, the method used in this research was a descriptive method using qualitative data consisting of steps of data collection, data processing, data analysis and data presentation by observation and evaluation techniques. The use of role playing method to improve the students’ learning outcomes was conducted through four stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed that the conducted action in the first cycle obtained the average score of 64, the classical completenessof 55% and the individual absorption of 64% (less improved category). These data then improved in the second cycle with the average score of 84, the classical completeness of 85% and the individual absorption of 84% (very imporved category). As the result, the research was considered succeed and the hypothesis was accepted. Keywords : Learning Outcome, Pkn Learning, Role Playing |
