| Abstrak ABSTRACT Hayatunnufus. 2025 “Management of Athletic Sports Achievement coaching management at the Sigi Regency Athlete Club” Undergraduate Thesis, Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. Supervisor Andi Saparia. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of athletic sports achievement coaching management at the Sigi Regency Athlete Club. The subjects of this study included 5 athletes and 1 coach who practiced at the Petobo Mini Athletic Stadium, South Palu, Central Sulawesi. The results showed that although the achievements achieved by athletes were satisfactory, there were several obstacles in coaching management that needed to be improved, namely an organizational structure that was not well defined, limited training facilities, and lack of funding. Some athletes have achieved significant achievements in local championships, such as 1st place in the 1500M Run and 2nd place in the 800M Run, showing high dedication and commitment in practicing. Experienced coaches have also had a positive impact on athlete development. However, there is a need for improved facilities and more mental training to support athletes in reaching their full potential. This study recommends improvements in organizational structure, facilities, and funding to achieve more optimal results in coaching athlete performance in Sigi Regency. |
