The Effect of Zig-zag Run And T-drill Exercises With Balls On Increased Dribbling Agility In Football Games At SMP Negeri 1 Sirenja State Junior High School Extracurricular Students. Thesis. Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Program, Department of Education, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Supervisor (1) Marhadi. The purpose of this research was to identify the Effect of Zig-zag Run And T-drill Exercise With Balls on Increased Dribbling Agility in Football Games in State Junior High School Extracurricular Students. The study population is 20 students if the subject is less than 100, it is better taken all so that the research is a population study. However, if the number of subjects is greater, it can be taken 10-15 or 20-25 or more, thus in this study researchers took a sample of the total population of 20 students. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive that is experimental with the research design of two group pretest-posttest design. Based on the calculation results obtained that: (1) there is an effect of zig-zag run practice on the increase in dribbling agility in the game of football in the extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 1 Sirenja where for dribbling agility t count value -23.57 > t table 2,262 (2) there is an influence exercise t – drill with ball against increased dribbling agility t count value - 6.71 > t table > 2,262 (3) there is a difference in influence between zig-zag run exercises and t-drill with balls against increased dribbling agility in football games in junior high school extracurricular students Country 1 Sirenja. Proven by Exercise Zig- zag Run the increase in pre-test and post-test to dribbling agility is -61.36 with MD - 6.13. and exercise t – drill with ball enhancement pre-test and post-test dribbling agility is -25.5 with MD -2.55. Thus it is concluded that zig-zag run exercises to improve dribbling agility are more influential than t-drill exercises with the ball in the game of football.
