The School Principals' Perceptions of the Perfiormannce for Physical Educatiari, Sports and Health Teachers of Junior Hi Schools in Balinggi District, Parigi Mmitong Regency in 2019. Minithesis. The problem of this, research is how the Principal's perception of the competence for Teachers in Physicul Education, Sporis and Health of junior High Schools in Balinggi District, Parigi Moutong Rcgeucy in 2019 based on the teacher competencies. The performance of this study was to determine the perceptions of school principals on the performance of teachers for Physical Education. Sports and Health of Junior High Schools in Balinggi District, Parigi Moutong Regency in 2019.The pupulation of this study was all Principals, and non Physicl Education. Sports and Health teachers of Junior High Schools in Balinggi District, Parigi Moutong Regency in 2019 with a total of 18 people. The sampling technique is directed to the principal. and then proceeds with random sampling by thking 5 samples for each school as comparison data. The variable of this study are the perception of the principal as an independent variable and the perfornance of teachers for Physical Education. Sports and Health as a dependent variable in Junior High Scl,ool of Balinggi District. Parigi Moulung Regency. The data cullection uses documentation and questionnaire (questionnaire) method. The data obtained in the form of qulitative data (verbal) is changed to quantitative data (numeric). Whereas the data analysis used thu percertage tormula which was firstly validated and relied on the questinnnaire. Based un the results of the study stated that the Principal for Physical education. Sports and Health of Junior High Schools in Balinggi District. Parigi Moutong Regency, the competence of the teachera as a whole was very good. The lowest percentage was 86.11% or a number of 15 teachers who said it very well it includes personality competence as an educator was 100%. pedagogical competence was 86.11%, professaional competence was 87.04%, and social competence was 90.74%. Based on the conclusions above, the researchersnrs suggest: (l) continue to improve the ability and quality of the teacher for Physical Education, Sports and Health: (2) increase variation in learning in order to make students not feel bored (3) always do self-introipeetion of lerning with the aim of developing physical education. sports and healtr learning.
