| Abstrak Rudi Wahyudi, 2019. Comparison of Sila Soccer Exercises in Paired Circles and Exercises on Increasing Sila Football Skills in the Takraw Sepak Game for AL_FAHMI PALU IT Middle School Students. Thesis, Physical Education Study Program, Education Science Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Supervisor (I) Humaedi, supervisor (II) Andi Sultan Brilin. This study aims to find out the soccer skills in students of PALU AL-FAHMI IT Middle School. This type of research is quantitative research using the Pre-experimental method. The sample of this study was 22 students of SMP AL AL-FAHMI IT with 22 students using the Total sampling technique. This study used the pretest-poststest design design of the initial test (pretest) and final (posttest) t-test results obtained t-count value in Soccer practice in circle 5.244> 2.228 t-table with a significant level of 0.000 <0> 2.228 t-tables with a significant level of 0.000 <0 xss=removed> t table = 2.228.From the results of the study, there is a comparison between soccer practice in circles and paired exercises on improving soccer skills in sepak takraw games for students of SMP IT AL-FAHMI PALU.
