The research problem was the moral development of children has not developed as expected. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of the demonstration method on the moral development of children. The research method used was a quantitative approach and experimental research type. The subject totaled 15 children in group B of TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Parigi District, Parigi Mautong Regency. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation then analyzed through percentage technique and t-test (Paired Sample t-test). Data recapitulation of observations of moral development before being given treatment in the form of demonstration method, in the three aspects was as follows: 0% is categorized very well developed, 13.33% is categorized developed as expected, 37.78% is categorized developing and 48.89% is categorized undeveloped. After being given a treatment of demonstration method the recapitulation is obtained as follows: 42.22% is categorized very well developed, 37.78% is categorized developed as expected, 20% is categorized developing, and 0% is categorized undeveloped. Based on the results of the t-test calculation data obtained that the value of ????-counted ? ????-????????????le (16.669 ? 1761), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that ???????? is rejected and ????1 is accepted, it means that there is the effect of demonstration method on the moral development of children in group B of TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency.
