Abstrak
The This study aims to describe and analyze the role of collaborative principal leadership in implementing educational quality management at SD Inpres 3 Tolai, Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and education staff. The findings indicate that the principal has successfully implemented collaborative leadership by emphasizing teamwork, open communication, shared responsibility, and participatory decision-making in achieving school goals. The principal also functions as a facilitator, supervisor, and motivator, fostering trust, professional growth, and innovation among teachers. The results of the questionnaire analysis show that the implementation of collaborative leadership reached an effectiveness level of 90.2%, categorized as very high, demonstrating a strong positive influence on the successful application of educational quality management. Furthermore, the collaborative leadership approach was found to enhance teachers’ morale, strengthen participatory culture, and create a democratic, inclusive, and innovative school environment. The study concludes that collaborative principal leadership plays a crucial role in realizing sustainable quality management in elementary education and can serve as a model for other schools seeking to improve their quality of learning and institutional performance.
