| Abstrak ABSTRACT Anggun Ramadani, 2026. The Effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning Model on Students’ Motivation in the IPAS Subject in Grade 4 at SD Inpres Lolu. Thesis. This study aims to determine the effect of the contextual teaching and learning model on the level of students’ learning motivation in the fourth grade science subject of SD Inpres Lolu. The low learning motivation of students is caused by learning using book media when teaching and more explanation, resulting in students being difficult to motivate in carrying out learning. This study applies a quantitative approach with the Pretest-posttest design with nonequivalent comparison groups) design experimental method. The research subjects consisted of 40 students. This study used a questionnaire as a research instrument to assess students' learning motivation. A paired t-test was used for data analysis. The analysis showed a significance value (2-tailed Sig.) of less than 0.05, leading to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis and the rejection of the null hypothesis. These findings indicate that the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach significantly enhances learning motivation in students at SD Inpres Lolu.
