This study aims to analyze the implementation of ki hajar dewantara's educational concept, namely the trilogy of education (Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and Tut Wuri Handayani) for fourth grade students of SDN Inpres 1 Tondo in Pancasila and civic education subjects. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the subject, namely the fourth grade homeroom teacher and fourth grade students. The instruments in this study were observation sheets, interview guidelines and document studies. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews and document studies. The data analysis used was qualitative analysis from Miles and Huberman. The results showed that teachers have integrated Ki Hajar Dewantara's values in the learning process. Teachers become role models for students through discipline, responsibility, and politeness (Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha), although there are still shortcomings such as smoking habits in the school environment. In addition, teachers also actively assist and motivate students during learning (Ing Madya Mangun Karsa). However, the application of the Tut Wuri Handayani principle still needs strengthening, especially in providing space for freedom of learning and student independence in accessing learning resources. Overall, the implementation of Ki Hajar Dewantara's education concept has gone quite well, but still needs to be developed in the aspects of student independence and creativity.
