| Abstrak Nur Ridha R,2022. The Principal's File in Improving Teacher Performance at SDN 5 SINDUE TOBATA Thesis, study program for Teacher Education at the Elementary school Departement of education,faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University, Rizal's supervisor This study aims to describe the file of the principal in improving teacher performance at SDN 5 Sindue Tobata. Referring to the leadership file of the principal at SDN 5 Sindue Tobata, it can be concluded that the principal's leardership has gone well. (SS) was 58.33%, answered Agree (S) was 41.67%,answered Doubtful (RG) was 0%,answered disagree(TS) was 0% and answered strongly Disagree (STS) was 0%. Referring to the performance of teacher at SDN 5 Sindue Tobata, it can be concluded that teacher performance has been going well. This ia based on the results of student questionnaires regarding teacher performance at SDN 5 Sindue Tobata from a total of 28 student respondensts which can be seen from the percentage of answers strongly Agree (SS) of 57.14%, answered Agree (S) of 33.57%, answered Doubtful (RG) of 8.93%,answered Disagree (TS) of 0,36%, and answered Strongly Disagree (STS) of 0%.
