The problem in this study is the lack of student motivation to learn. Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teachers in improving and providing motivation for students who experience learning difficulties, in class 5 students of SDN 1 Uedele. This study is a descriptive qualitative study, which was conducted in class V SDN 1 Uedele. The subjects of the study involved the homeroom teacher of class V and involved 19 students. Based on the results of the interview between the researcher and the Homeroom Teacher V of SDN 1 Uedele on July 16, 2023, the Homeroom Teacher V is currently making great efforts to manage change in order to achieve national education learning standards and increase students' interest in learning. Teachers play an important role in creating the best possible learning atmosphere. Teachers guide and direct, and evaluate students' learning outcomes. Teachers help students to get maximum learning outcomes and also help students overcome difficulties experienced by students in learning. Keywords: Role of Teachers, Learning difficulties |
