Abstrak Ragil, 2023 The Relationship Between Teacher Teaching Creativity and Learning Achievement of Grade IV Students at SDN 15 Dampelas. Thesis, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Department of Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University, Supervisor Muhammad Aqil. The problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between the creativity of teaching teachers and the learning achievement of fourth grade students at SDN 15 Dampelas. The research objective was to describe the relationship between teacher teaching creativity and learning achievement in fourth grade students at SDN 15 Dampelas. This type of research was quantitative with the research population being all fourth grade students consisting of 23 students. The sample of this research was fourth grade students at SDN 15 Dampelas consisting of 15 students including 5 boys and 10 girls. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, as well as documentation. Data analysis was used to describe descriptive analysis techniques with the formula: = F/n x100. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis of the 15 students who became respondents who stated the criteria for good teacher teaching creativity were 9 respondents or 60% while those who stated the criteria for teacher creativity were sufficient as many as 6 respondents or 40%. From this description, it can be concluded that the teacher's teaching creativity has shown good criteria, as evidenced by the information obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. So it can prove that the class IV teacher at SDN 15 Dampelas has understood and applied the 5-point criteria for teacher teaching creativity in the learning process. As for the choice of alternative answers based on the questionnaire and overall students are not evenly distributed in choosing alternative answers, because these are factors from the students themselves. As for the learning achievement of class IV students at SDN 15 Dampelas, it can be seen from the report scores. Where the learning achievement of class IV students at SDN 15 Dampelas can be seen from the recapitulation of student scores that have been made by the class IV teacher with the lowest score range of 76 and the highest 92. From the description above it can be seen that there is a relationship between teacher teaching creativity and learning achievement. Keywords: Teacher Teaching Creativity, Student Achievement |
