| Abstrak Ryan Darma, 2021. Improving Student Learning Outcomes In Science Subjects Through Multimedia IT Based Learning Media In Class IV SD Inpres 3 Talise, Mantikulore District, Palu City, Supervised By Dr. Andi Imrah Dewi, M.Sn. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects through IT Multimedia-based lerning media in class IV SD Inpres 3 Talise. The problem in this study is that there is still a lack of understanding in the science learning process, especially in the elementary school (SD) environment, there are still many students who are slow in understanding a learning process. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research is carried out through four main stages referring to the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which includes 4 stages as follows : (1) planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The four components are included in one cycle which is carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and written tests. The results of the research in the first cycle showed that the percentage of classical completeness was 46,15% which was still in the poor category, the results of teacher activity observations were 72.61% in the good category, the results of the observation of student activities were 69.04% in the sufficient category, and the average value the average student learning outcomes are 71.53% with good category. While in the second cycle, the results were very good where, the results of classical learning completeness were 84.61% with a very good category, the results of observing teacher activities were 92.85% in the very good category, the results of observing student activities were 90.47% in the category very good, and the average value of student learning outcomes is 84.61% in the very good category. So, it can be concluded that research in improving student learning outcomes in science subjects through IT Multimedia-based learning media in class IV SD Inpres 3 Talise has been declared successful.
