Abstrak ABSTRAK Nurmainang, 2022. The Role of School Principal in Improving Teachers’ Performance at SDN 22 sindue. Skripsi, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Supervisor:Rizal. This research aims to describe the role of the principal in improving teaches’r performance at SDN 22 sindue. Referring to the leadership role of the principal at SDN 22 sindue, it can be concluded that the leadership of the principal has been going well. This is based on the results of a teacher questionnaire regarding the leadership of the principal at SDN 22 sindue from a total of 6 teacher respondents which can be seen from the percentage of answers Strongly Agree (SA) of 58.33%, answering Agree (A) of 41.67%, answering Doubt (D) is 0%, answered Disagree (D) is 0% and answered Strongly Disagree (SD) is 0%. Referring to the teachers’ performance at SDN 22 sindue, it can be concluded that the teachers’ performance has run well. This is based on the results of a student questionnaire regarding the performance of teachers at SDN 22 sindue from a total of 28 student respondents which can be seen from the percentage of Strongly Agree (SA) answers of 57.14%, answering Agree (A) of 33.57%, answering Doubt (D) of 8.93%, answered Disagree (D) by 0.36% and answered Strongly Disagree (SD) by 0%.
