Abstrak
ABSTRACT Defriman Givi Galang, 2022. "The Relationship of Teacher Performance to Class V Student Learning Outcomes at SDN Salutome During a Pandemic". Thesis, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Department of Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University, Supervisor Dr.Andi Imrah Dewi, S.Pd M.Sn. This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher performance and learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN Salutome during the Pandemic. The subjects of this study were students of class V, totaling 28 students. This research method is a quantitative research type. The data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire, and documentation. From the results of the analysis of research data shows that the performance of the fifth grade teacher at SDN Salutome is seen from the way the teacher teaches where of the 28 students who became respondents, 9 students or (32.1%) stated that the teacher's performance was very good, 19 students or (67, 9%) who stated that the teacher's performance was good, and seen from the categories of sufficient, not good, and not good (0%) or none of the respondents stated that the teacher's performance was sufficient, not good. While the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN Salutome are seen from the learning outcomes where of the 28 students who are respondents, 15 students or (53.6%) are included in the category of very high learning outcomes, 13 students or (46.4%) are included. in the category of high learning outcomes, and seen from the sufficient, low, and very low categories (0%) or none of the respondents whose learning outcomes were sufficient, low, and very low. then there is a significant relationship between the creativity of teaching teachers and student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the value of rarithmetic > rtable = 0.859 > 0.374 at a significant level of 95% or = 0.05. This means that Ha( alternative hypothesis) is accepted and H0 (zero hypothesis) is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between teacher performance on the learning outcomes of fifth graders at SDN Salutome.
