Abstrak
Adrianti (2022). Analysis of Teacher’s Role on learning outcomes of Fourth Grade Students of SD Inpres 3 Bolapapu. Thesis of Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Department of Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University, Supervisor : Rizal. The purpose of this study is to determine the teacher’s role on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Inpres 3 Bolapapu and the factors that influence the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Inpres 3 Bolapapu. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The population ini this study were the fourth grade teachers and students of SD Inpres 3 Bolapapu and the sample in this study was the fourth grade teachers of SD Inpres 3 Bolapapu. Data collection techniques : observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this study indicate that teachers have a role in the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Inpres 3 Bolapapu. This can be proven from the result of observation and interviews with teachers. Efforts made by student learning outcomes are by providing guidance and directing students, as well as providing various learning methods. From observations made by researchers, teachers carry out teaching and learning activities in accordance with proper learning. Keywords : Teacher’s Role and Learning Outcomes
