ABSTRACT Musfirah, 2021 The Relationship Between Teacher Creativity and Fourth Grade Student Learning Achievement at SDN 4 Parigi. Thesis, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Department of Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University, Rizal's supervisor. The problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between teacher creativity and student achievement in grade IV SDN 4 Parigi. The purpose of the study was to describe the relationship between teacher creativity and learning achievement in fourth grade students at SDN 4 PARIGI. This type of research is qualitative, with the research population being all fourth grade students consisting of 33 students. The sample of this study was the fourth grade students of SDN 4 Parigi which consisted of 15 students including 12 boys and 3 girls. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Analysis of the data to describe used descriptive analysis techniques with the formula: P = F/n x100 . Based on the results of the descriptive analysis of 15 students who became respondents who stated the criteria for teacher creativity were very good, there were 6 respondents or 40%, while those who stated the criteria for teacher creativity were good were 9 respondents or 60%. From this description, it can be concluded that the teacher's creativity has shown good criteria, as evidenced by the information obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. So it can already be proven that the fourth grade teacher at SDN 4 PARIGI has understood and applied the 6 point criteria for teacher creativity in the learning process. As for the choice of alternative answers based on the questionnaire and overall students are not evenly distributed in choosing alternative answers, because it is the factors of the students themselves. As for the learning achievement of fourth grade students at SDN 4 PARIGI, it can be seen from the report scores. Where the reported value of the 24 population taken as a sample of 15 respondents, shows the results of an increase in the lowest average value starting from 64.4 to the highest average value of 79.7. From the description above, it can be said that the teacher has met the criteria for teacher creativity in the learning process. Keywords: Teacher Creativity, Student Achievement
