Abstrak
Nureni, 2024. Improving Learning Outcomes of Grade V Student’ of SD Inpres 5 Lolu on civic education through problem based learning. Skripsi, Elementary Teacher study program education science department, Teacher training and education faculty, Tadulako University. Supervisions: Rizal, S.Ag.,M.Pd The problem of this research is the students’ low outcomes in civic education. This research aims at improving the students’ learning outcomes through problem based learning at grade V of SD Inpres 5 Lolu. This was a classroom action research involving 33 students registered in the academic year of 2023/2024. This research used Kemmis and Mc. Taggart’s design consisted og two cycles. Two meetings were conducted in each cycle. Each cycle was consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results in cycle I showed that the students’ classical learning mastery was 57,57% and the students’ classical learning achievement was 64,48%. The result in cycle II showed an improvement. The students’ classical leaerning mastery was 100% and the students’classical learning achievement was 87,27%. It can be said that the learning achievement in cycle II had reached the minimum success indicator namely 80%. It can be concluded that problem based learning can improve the students’ learning outcomes on civic education at grade V of SD Inpres 5 Lolu.
