| Abstrak ABSTRAK Kresna Sinta, 2020. Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di SDN Inpres 3 Tatura. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Jurusan Ilmu Pendidikan, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Tadulako, Pembimbing Dr. Huber Yaspin Tandi, M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di SDN Inpres 3 Tatura. Mengacu pada peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SDN Inpres 3 Tatura dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil angket guru mengenai kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SDN Inpres 3 Tatura dari jumlah 6 responden guru yang dapat dilihat dari persentase jawaban Sangat Setuju (SS) sebesar 58,33%, menjawab Setuju (S) sebesar 41,67%, menjawab Ragu-Ragu (RG) sebesar 0%, menjawab Tidak Setuju (TS) sebesar 0?n menjawab Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS) sebesar 0%. Mengacu pada kinerja guru di SDN Inpres 3 Tatura dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil angket siswa mengenai kinerja guru di SDN Inpres 3 Tatura dari jumlah 28 responden siswa yang dapat dilihat dari persentase jawaban Sangat Setuju (SS) sebesar 57,14%, menjawab Setuju (S) sebesar 33,57%, menjawab Ragu-Ragu (RG) sebesar 8,93%, menjawab Tidak Setuju (TS) sebesar 0,36?n menjawab Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS) sebesar 0%. This research aims to describe the role of the principal in improving teaches’r performance at SDN Inpres 3 Tatura. Referring to the leadership role of the principal at SDN Inpres 3 Tatura, it can be concluded that the leadership of the principal has been going well. This is based on the results of a teacher questionnaire regarding the leadership of the principal at SDN Inpres 3 Tatura from a total of 6 teacher respondents which can be seen from the percentage of answers Strongly Agree (SA) of 58.33%, answering Agree (A) of 41.67%, answering Doubt (D) is 0%, answered Disagree (D) is 0% and answered Strongly Disagree (SD) is 0%.
