This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes by using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning in class IV SD negeri 9 Mamboro. This research conducted in two cycles and each cycle consists of four components of action namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflection. The problem studied is how the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning can improve learning outcomes of addition and reduction of integers in class IV SD Negeri 9 Mamboro. The effort used in problem solving is by applying Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning. The subjects of this study were the fourth grade student of SD Negeri 9 Mamboro totalling 20 students, consisting of 13 male students and 7 female students. The results of the first cycle of research showed the percentage of classical learning completeness (KBK) OF 50,00% and the second cycle of 65,00%. Based on the percentage of mastery learning cycle I and cycle II, then there has been an increase of 15,00% from the first cycle of 50,00% and the second cycle of 65,00%. Thus it can be concluded that the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning can improve mathematics learning outcomes in grade IV SD Negeri 9 Mamboro.
