Abstrak Moh Ansar M Hasan 2021, Principal Change Management in Achieving National Education Standards at SDN 2 Uedele Tojo Sub-District Tojo Una-Una Regency. Skripsi, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Education Science Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University, under Supervisions of Rizal. The research problem is the principal change management in achieving national education standards at SDN 2 Uedele Tojo sub-district Tojo Una-Una regency. This research used qualitative analysis with descriptive approach, in which the results were described in sentences and words. Bogdan and Taylor define research as a research producing descriptive data, namely written and spoken words from people and observable behavior. This descriptive research aims at describing problems based on factors found from the objects researched. The research objects were the headmaster of SDN 2 Uedele. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Uedele. The questionnaires were used as research instruments. The questionnaires were arranged to find out the principal change management in achieving national education standards at SDN 2 Uedele. The questionnaires were consisted of 15 questions with alternative answers, namely strongly agree (SS) = 4, agree (S) = 3, hesitate (RG) = 2, disagree (TS) = 1. Based on the research data and the discussion about the principal change management in achieving national education standards at SDN 2 Uedele, it can be concluded that the principal change management in achieving national education standards is in the “good” criteria.
